sometimes the timeline isn’t the problem
It’s everything that happens because of it. Last-minute orders don’t usually go wrong because they’re rushed. They go wrong because no one’s really in control.
Here’s how this usually plays out:
Someone realizes they need merch… fast
Order gets placed. Sent out. Whoever can take it… takes it. Now you’re relying on speed, and hoping quality keeps up. Sometimes it does
A lot of times… it doesn’t
SEATTLE MADE • DONE RIGHT • HERE TO HELP • NO STRESS • COOL STUFF • YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE • MERCH MADE BETTER •

What we do differently
We don’t treat rush orders like chaos
We treat them like compressed projects. Same thinking. Same standards. Just tighter timing. If we can do it right, we’ll take it. If we can’t, we’ll tell you. Simple.
HOW IT WORKS
When something comes in fast, we look at:
timeline (realistic, not optimistic),
garment availability,
decoration method,
what’s already in production
Then we decide: Can this be done right?
Not: can we just push it through and hope for the best.
What to expect
Sometimes we can turn things around in 48 hours
Sometimes we can’t. Depends on the project
and what’s already on the floor. Either way, you’ll get a straight answer. No guessing. No ‘we’ll try our best’ energy.

When this makes sense
This usually works when:
- you’re close to a deadline
- something didn’t go as planned
- you need to recover quickly
If timing matters but you still want it done right — this is where we come in.
Quick heads up:
Not every rush request is possible
We don’t cut corners just to say yes. If we take it on, it’s because we know we can deliver it properly.
If your timeline is not on fire…this is how we normally run projects
