Dye Sublimation is the method of applying an image to fabric by printing it onto heat-resistant transfer paper.
Once we press the paper into the garment, it goes into a gas state and infuses into the fabric. We dye-sub on polyester fabrics, fabrics with a 50% or more polyester blend, and specially coated products. There are no limits regarding color with dye sublimation. We will dye sub anything that is flat and is the right material. This means you can greatly expand the kind of apparel/products you can customize.
After a garment has been pressed, it can be washed and will not sustain wear because the fabric is now permanently dyed. This method is great for t-shirts, custom socks, mouse pads, and more!
